Festival combines with Christmas on the Water
December 2, 3, & 4th, 2005.
Biloxi adds Christmas in the City to the weekend’s festivities. The first weekend in December has long been the City of Biloxi’s famous Christmas on the water boat parade. Biloxi is wild for parades! Fat Tuesday in Biloxi features one of the coast’s best Mardi Gras Parades and the route taken is thru Biloxi’s Mainstreet District. Christmas on the Water is yet another event not to be missed. There is something magical, almost like a mirage, about the boats parading across the gulf all decked out in lights for the holiday season. Now along with the Children’s Parade and the lighting of the town Green, Christmas in the City is shining like a beacon in the night to welcome visitors to our historic area.
