Main Street Biloxi’s most recent accomplishment

Main Street Biloxi and the City of Biloxi dedicated a new downtown park on Monday, December 8, 2003. The park, located on the corner of Rue Magnolia and Water Street, was dedicated in memory of Mary Mahoney, a downtown business owner and active civic leader.

The park features extensive landscaping, a brick walkway and a Victorian fountain. The project was initiated by the Main Street Biloxi Board.

The cost of the project is estimated at $20,000.00 with Main Street supplying the majority of funding. Additional support for the park was provided by City Of Biloxi, Mary Mahoney & Cvitanovich Families, and Beau Rivage.
