Grease comes to Main Street Drive-In

Come back to the 50’s as Main Street turns the Town Green into a drive in for an evening of hilarious contest, great food and Grease. On Friday July 11th, 2003 Main Street will host a special outdoor showing of the hit movie Grease staring Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.

The evening will start at 6:30 pm with fabulous music of the 50’s and audience participation contests. We will have entertainment before the movie to get you in the 50’s mood with the Swinging Starlet Dancers, and Lynn Meadows Discovery Center Wings Performers. So, its time to practice your hula-hooping and bubble blowing because you could be taking home a fabulous prize.

And if all this fun wears you out, the concession stand will be open with a wide assortment of delicious drive-in fare. Then as the sun goes down the movie will roll transporting us back to the era of sock hops, penny loafers and malt shops.

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a night of poodle skirts, pompadours and hotrods. The best part: ADMISSION IS FREE.
